You will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour after placing your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add hi@nama-official.com to your safe senders list. When your order is shipped, you will also receive a shipment email containing your tracking number.

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. However, processing time varies depending on personalization selection and does not include weekends or holidays.

You may use our Track My Order feature 24-48 hours after your order has shipped.

For products that are sold out, please find the Waitlist button on the product pages of our website and add your email address to the Waitlist. Once the product is back in stock, we will contact you via email.

We do have a gift box upon request, there will be an additional charge for the wrapping. Please check the gift box option at checkout, to opt for this option.

All of our products can be personalized. On the product page, you can add your customization under the customization box.

Our products are made from 100% imported leather. We have worked heard to find and select the best craftsmen who produce only the highest quality leather product.
All our monogramming is done by hand and therefore every item is unique and there may be slight inconsistencies.
